For listing agents

Shoot the tour.
Publish the link.

Walk the house, follow the orange dots, tap Publish. Buyers get a look-around page they can text, post, or drop in the listing. You see who showed up.

iPhone 11 or later. No 360 camera. No Matterport cart.

The wedge

Capture and publish are the same tap. That is the product.

Agents already pay for tours. The pain is not “a viewer exists.” It is the cart: a $400 camera, a desktop stitcher, a Kuula login, a Matterport invoice, then a link three days later.

360 Photo is the Street View ritual on the phone in your pocket — then a listing URL with view counts. Buyers look around. You do not book a scanner.

How it works

A listing tour before you leave the driveway.

1

Stand still and follow the dots

Phone close to your face. Orange targets lead you around the room. The shutter fires when you hold still.

2

Tap Publish

We stitch on the phone, upload the spheres, and spin the listing page. No desktop. No “we’ll send a link Tuesday.”

3

Send the URL

Drop it in the listing, a text, or a Facebook post. See looks and dwell time — not vanity likes.

This is a photosphere, not a 3D mesh. Say “look around the living room,” not “3D tour,” and you will not be compared to a $400 scan.

Objections

Straight answers.

Is this Matterport?

No. Matterport builds a mesh dollhouse. We capture a spherical photo from one spot — the Street View / Photo Sphere ritual — and host a look-around page. Faster, cheaper, phone-only. Not a floorplan model.

Will indoor rooms look clean?

Open rooms shot from the center look good. Tight hallways and shooting over a desk will ghost. Stand in the middle, keep the phone close to your face, do not walk. We will warn you when a room is too tight.

Can I put this on Zillow / the MLS?

You get a URL. Most portals take a virtual-tour link. We do not push into MLS for you in v1. Copy the link into the tour field you already use.

What about Facebook 360?

The listing page is the shareable 360. Facebook’s app often strips 360 metadata if you upload from Photos. Send our link, or share the original JPEG file from the app — not a re-saved camera-roll copy.

Do buyers need an app?

No. The link is a webpage. Phone or laptop. Unlisted by default, not sitting in a public index until you want it to.
